Lock Card is made by Meer Habib. By using the app you agree to these terms. Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs.
Your licence
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store's Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold; we keep all rights in the app itself.
Lock Card Pro
The app is free to download and the gallery is free to browse. Creating and saving wallpapers requires Lock Card Pro, an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple as a weekly or yearly plan.
- Prices are shown in the app before you buy and vary by country.
- Eligible new subscribers may be offered an introductory price on the weekly plan; eligibility is determined by Apple, and the renewal price is always shown beside it.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- A subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it — tap Restore on a new device.
Refunds
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What you make is yours
We claim no ownership of your designs and take no licence in them — they stay on your device and we never receive them. You are responsible for the words and images you add, and for having the right to use them. The typefaces are Apple's system faces, used for rendering inside the app only.
Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the app, bypass the subscription, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Do not use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Setting a wallpaper
iOS gives no public way for an app to set your Lock Screen or Home Screen. Lock Card saves the image to Photos at your exact pixel size and shows you the steps — Photos → Share → Use as Wallpaper. You set it, in Apple's own apps.
No warranty, and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost designs — save the ones you care about to Photos. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app and has no obligation to support it; if the app fails to conform to a warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. We, not Apple, are responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or on any U.S. Government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page. They are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.
